1.3 Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in INR (Indian Rupees).
• Applicable taxes and charges may be added at checkout.

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

1.4 Food Quality & Allergens

2. Shipping / Delivery Policy

2.1 Delivery Areas

Delivery services are available only within locations serviceable by The Idli Foundry and its delivery partners.

2.2 Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times generally range between 30 and 90 minutes, depending on order volume, distance, traffic conditions, weather, and other external factors.

2.3 Delivery Charges

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

2.4 Proof of Delivery

Customers may be required to provide an OTP, digital confirmation, or signature at the time of delivery.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1 Order Cancellation by Customer

Since food is freshly prepared upon order confirmation, orders generally cannot be cancelled once placed.

3.2 Cancellation by Restaurant

We may cancel an order under the following circumstances:

• Item unavailability
• Restaurant closure or operational constraints
• Technical or pricing errors
• Unserviceable delivery location

3.3 Refund Policy

Refunds may be provided if:

• The restaurant cancels the order.
• Payment is successfully deducted but the order is not confirmed.
• An incorrect order is delivered.
• The order is not delivered.

3.4 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used during the transaction.
